

Our Dining room is available daily after 5pm for private dinners & party’s. Perfect for groups 20 -40 people We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but for a corkage fee ($7.50 per guest), can serve you & your guests wine that you bring. Any wine to be brought on site needs to be pre-arranged when booking your party. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic we will not be doing buffets at this time. Whistler Summer Dinner - per person (3 Course) Assorted breads & whipped butter Caesar Salad – Crisp romaine hearts with our roasted garlic Caesar dressing, croutons, bacon crisps & freshly grated parmesan. Lemon Pepper, Rosemary Chicken Supreme – Fraser valley chicken breast marinated in olive oil, lemon grass, fresh rosemary & cracked black pepper. Served with Thyme scented jus. OR German Roast Pork – Slow roasted Fraser valley pork shoulder marinated & roasted for perfect crackling & tenderness, piled high Served with a grainy Dijon jus. Either choice served with Roasted fingerling potatoes & seasonal vegetables.
