Our Dining room is available daily after 5pm for private dinners & party’s. Perfect for groups 20 -40 people We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but for a corkage fee ($7.50 per guest), can serve you & your guests wine that you bring. Any wine to be brought on site needs to be pre-arranged when booking your party. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic we will not be doing buffets at this time. Chicken & Swiss – Pesto mayo, chicken breast, swiss cheese, greens & cucumber.


Veggies & Goats Cheese – Mayo, field greens, bell peppers, carrots, tomato, red onion & goats cheese.



DINNER



Mountain Feast - per person (4 course)

AAA certified angus beef seasoned, grilled to perfection served with Red wine Demi & crispy onions or Wild BC Sockeye fillet blackened in our house Cajun spice, served with a Riesling cream sauce & fried crispy banana peppers. Either choice served with Yukon Gold, roasted garlic mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables. (Vegetable & Vegan Main dishes can be prepared as per request at time of booking or 72 hours before event) Assorted fresh breads & whipped butter Smoked Tomato Bisque with fresh basil & truffle oil. Pemberton Valley Field greens, cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, carrots with a wild berry vinaigrette & crumbled Salt Springs Island goats cheese. Chocolate Caramel Cheese Cake with fresh whipped cream & strawberries.

Whistler Summer Dinner - per person (3 Course) Assorted breads & whipped butter Caesar Salad – Crisp romaine hearts with our roasted garlic Caesar dressing, croutons, bacon crisps & freshly grated parmesan. Lemon Pepper, Rosemary Chicken Supreme – Fraser valley chicken breast marinated in olive oil, lemon grass, fresh rosemary & cracked black pepper. Served with Thyme scented jus. OR German Roast Pork – Slow roasted Fraser valley pork shoulder marinated & roasted for perfect crackling & tenderness, piled high Served with a grainy Dijon jus. Either choice served with Roasted fingerling potatoes & seasonal vegetables. (Vegetable & Vegan Main dishes can be prepared as per request at time of booking or 72 hours before event) Wild berry Cheesecake with fresh blueberries, orange segments & whipped cream.
